1. Once registered and payment is made as per Product Listing Plan, your products will be updated on TractorsIndia.com.
- 2. Products will be updated on the site by Admin of TractorsIndia.com after validating the payment, product photographs and information stated.

3. Buyers will contact your directly, after we provide your details to the registered Customers /Brokers /Dealers.
- 4. TractorsIndia.com will not be responsible for any Buying or Selling transaction of the product registered on the site. It is purely a transaction between Buyer and Seller.
- 5. Each product listed will have a validity of 6 months or till it gets sold whichever is earlier.

6. Registered Product Listing Plan will have to be utilised within mentioned respective Plan Duration. Product Listing Plan will be expire as per the duration

7. TractorsIndia.com reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any or all of the terms and conditions of this Product Listing Plan

8. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Product Listing Plan or Product Listings shall be subject to Pune jurisdiction only. Any such dispute arising our of this Listing cannot be constituted as a claim against TractorsIndia under any circumstance and all claim amounts would be limited to the amount paid for the listing.
